Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. Once your order is prepared, you will be notified with pickup instructions.

If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we offer next-day delivery on weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed before 8 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. A flat delivery fee of $10 applies. Delivery is not available on weekends at this time.

We guarantee that all bees are healthy and alive at the time of pickup or delivery.

If you experience an issue upon receiving your bees, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and provide guidance. We are committed to helping you start with a strong, healthy hive.
