Delivery Policy

• Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered next day

• Deliveries are available Monday through Friday only; no weekend deliveries are offered.

• Orders placed after the 8:00 PM cutoff will be scheduled for delivery on the following eligible delivery day.

• $10 delivery fee

🐝 JB BEES – Bee Package & Nuc Warranty

1. Live Arrival Guarantee

JB BEES guarantees all bee packages and nucs are alive and healthy at pickup.
If there are significant dead bees on arrival, report it within 24 hours with photo evidence.
We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on availability.

2. Queen Guarantee

Packages:

Queens are guaranteed alive on arrival and expected to be accepted within 7 days.
If the queen is dead or not accepted, JB BEES will provide a replacement queen (pickup only) or credit toward one. The dead queen must be returned in the original queen cage to be eligible for replacement.

Nucs:

Nucs include a mated, laying queen.
If the queen is missing or failing within 14 days, we will replace her or provide partial credit. The dead queen must be returned in the original queen cage to be eligible for replacement.

3. Colony Health (Nucs Only)

All nucs are sold free of serious diseases such as AFB or EFB.
Report concerns within 7 days.

4. Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Losses due to weather, transport, pests, or installation errors

• Poor management or neglect

• Honey production or long-term colony survival

Once bees leave JB BEES, the customer is responsible for all ongoing care.

5. Liability

JB BEES’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the bees.

6. Agreement

Purchasing bees from JB BEES means you agree to this warranty.
