These pine boxes come with 8 Deep Wooden frames with a yellow or black plastic foundation (coated with beeswax).

Approximated box size is: 9 1/2″ high x 14″ wide x 19 7/8″ length

Comes assembled with staples and unpainted. If you paint or protect the wood, please only paint the outside face of the box, leaving the wood exposed to the bees inside (do not paint the frames).

Regularly used as brood boxes (to raise bees), but some beekeepers also use these boxes as honey supers (they get heavy with honey though). You can use it in any combination/position you want.
